Waterproofing: we provide our clients with a full photographic roof report Identifying the problem. We provide our clients with a few solutions to minimising the maintenance in the future

Ruber Coating

Liquid rubber coating Metal Roofs have been around for many years and have leaked for many years. There hasn't been a solid solution to achieve that water-tight roof until now. The Liquid Rubber System provides a long lasting waterproof membrane which users can easily apply. The industry has grown over the five years to 2019 as a result of broad economic improvements in the South Africa.

Rust Treatment

A rusty roof is not only unsightly, it also means that it is just a matter of time before the rust will break through and having to replace roof sheets. Applying a rust inhibitor will prevent the problem from worsening. Ideally a rust treatment should be applied annually. This is a preventative measure, not a solution if the problem is widespread.

Whirly Bird Installation

Whirly Birds are installed to make a property more energy efficient and provides good extraction rates. They are made from light weight rust-resistant aluminium, or sturdy galvanised steel, so corrosion isn’t an issue, however they are constantly turning and should be maintained to prevent having to replace them.
